Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Input & Retrieval Specialist III will manage and process Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requests, ensure data integrity within the Hazardous Material Management System (HMMS), and provide customer support while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and process SDS requests efficiently, including necessary research
- Communicate directly with customers regarding their SDS requests and ensure data entry compliance with standard operating procedures
- Perform data verification and reconciliation to maintain HMMS SDS data integrity regularly
Required qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to verify employment eligibility using Form I-9
- High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of data entry experience, preferably in the environmental domain
- Knowledge of OSHA Hazard Communication (29 CFR 1910.1200) and Safety Data Sheets
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance and Common Access Card
- Proficiency in typing a minimum of 35 wpm
