Data Insight Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Insight Analyst will manage and analyze data to provide insights and reports to internal teams, clients, and partners, utilizing tools such as SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reports and analytics from data warehouse and Salesforce, applying statistical analysis to identify trends and correlations
• Communicate directly with customers to understand data needs and manage ongoing partner requests regarding data specifications
• Review and QA data reports before delivery, ensuring accuracy and addressing any identified data quality issues

Required qualifications

• Experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel is essential
• Familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce reporting is preferred
• Previous experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is advantageous
• Demonstrated client-facing experience is required
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
