Data Insights Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Data Insights Analyst, this remote position will design and develop data structures and dashboards, support analytics initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, with occasional travel to headquarters in Lafayette Hill, PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, reliable data sets and dashboards for business intelligence and analytics
- Partner with stakeholders to translate program and business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and database objects for efficient reporting and analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Data Science
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Expertise in Power BI Dashboard/Report Development and Microsoft Fabric
- Proficiency in SQL Server and enterprise database management systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other regulatory standards preferred
