Data Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Insights Analyst will develop reports and analytics using data from various sources, driving data-informed decisions and collaborating with client-facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and automate dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, providing context through visualizations
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to address data needs and manage incoming partner requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Two years of experience in a Data Analyst role or related occupation
• Two years of experience with client-facing teams and tools including MS Excel, SQL, and either Tableau or Salesforce
• Experience in developing data and analytics strategies
• Ability to conduct statistical analysis and provide clear documentation
