Data & Insights Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Data & Insights Analyst will analyze survey results, build dashboards, and present findings to district leaders, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze survey data and create visualizations to provide actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering to validate data quality and automate survey administration processes
- Deliver presentations of data findings to non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and credibility in insights
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, educational research, or program evaluation
- Proficiency in at least one analysis language (Python, Stata, or R) and experience with BI tools for data visualization
- Strong understanding of survey measurement concepts and experience with quality assurance on data outputs
- Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and interest in modernizing data tools
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, research, or education-related field, or equivalent experience
