Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Analyst to support data transformation projects, preferably in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-tier research and troubleshooting for incoming support tickets
Monitor and troubleshoot support queues related to the Epic EHR system and assist with system upgrades
Document program and business needs, define requirements, and assess business processes for improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Information Technology
Strong experience in custom data transformation implementations, particularly in healthcare
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL
Knowledge of IT applications and resource teams
