Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Integration Analyst II to oversee data integration and rostering solutions for educational software across K-12 school districts.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers regarding integration services
• Monitor systems for timely data integration and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customer integration solutions effectively

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical area or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the education industry
• Knowledge of data integration methods and SIS Software Vendors
• Fundamental SQL skills for basic data querying
• Proficiency with Excel and knowledge of data security best practices
