Data Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting digital growth initiatives, the full-time salaried Data Integration Analyst II will facilitate EDI and third-party integrations, ensuring efficient information flow between systems for ordering, invoicing, and other critical document processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate EDI and third-party integrations for operating company customers
• Partner with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and support successful onboarding
• Troubleshoot existing integration issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, EDI, or related system integration work
• Experience with EDI integrations and data mapping strongly preferred
• 2+ years of project management or implementation experience
• 1+ year of customer relationship management or customer-facing support experience
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
