Data Integration Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure accurate and timely mortgage loan data boarding, the part-time Data Integration Coordinator will manage client communications, maintain reporting for loan boarding, and assist with data mapping while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of all flow loan boarding tasks and confirm receipt of necessary wires
• Maintain reporting for daily flow loan boarding and track due dates for task updates
• Communicate extensively with Subservicing Clients and internal departments to resolve issues and manage data mapping

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Extensive working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, and Windows applications preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow-up capabilities
• Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate increased loan volume demands
