Data Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Data Integration Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role will manage complex integration needs from client onboarding to daily platform usage, providing technical leadership and driving process improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve data discrepancies, acting as the escalation point for systemic failures
- Lead the delivery of large-scale data integration projects, ensuring high standards for system reliability and performance
- Support team backlog prioritization and manage incoming tickets and feature requests with internal stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role
- Expert proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data analysis
- Strong experience with Ruby and Ruby-on-Rails for development and system analysis
- Experience with AWS services, such as S3 and RDS
- Familiarity with K12 education environments and Student Information Systems (SISes) is highly desired
