Data Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Data Integration Engineer I, the full-time remote position will manage and enhance healthcare data pipelines, ensuring accurate data ingestion, processing, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily operations of production data pipelines to ensure successful data processing
- Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues, escalating complex problems as necessary
- Perform data validation and testing to ensure the accuracy and consistency of integrated data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases for data analysis and transformation
- Experience with scripting or automation using Python or a comparable programming language
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data pipeline fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills to investigate data issues and identify root causes
