Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Integration Lead - Healthcare Data Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete data integration lifecycle from initial data request validation through production deployment
Validate and prepare client-ready data requests in collaboration with internal teams
Serve as the primary technical liaison with health system partners to address data queries and guide integration processes

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or solution delivery roles
Proficiency in PySpark, advanced SQL, and Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders to manage expectations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
Operational mindset with a commitment to delivering reliable, production-grade solutions
