Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across domains
Define and implement data migration strategies from legacy and external systems into centralized platforms
Collaborate with business leaders to define and implement a Data Governance Council and enterprise data policies

Required Qualifications

Deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Enterprise Data Integration
Strong understanding of data modeling, cleansing, profiling, and survivorship logic
Experience with data governance frameworks and policies
Familiarity with ERP systems and their master data dependencies
