Data Integration Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing integrated execution across the Core Modernization data-to-reporting value stream, the full-time remote Data Integration Program Manager will oversee work flow from business requirements through data mapping, reporting, and launch readiness while ensuring cross-team collaboration and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a unified view across data migration, reporting, and UAT to ensure lifecycle alignment
• Drive collaboration from requirements through validation, ensuring full team participation in data mapping
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues, maintaining an integrated log of dependencies and decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong planning and dependency management skills
• Advanced experience with Jira and Agile delivery practices
