Data Integration Specialist
Job Summary
Acting as a vital bridge between the CRM team and campus stakeholders, the full-time remote Data Integration Specialist will lead the requirements gathering, documentation, and debugging of data pipelines to establish a comprehensive view of students within Salesforce Education Cloud.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the requirements gathering and documentation process for data integrations connecting various systems
- Ensure seamless data flow by troubleshooting and optimizing ETL/ELT processes
- Translate business needs into technical requirements to support recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience with data integrations and ETL/ELT processes
- Strong understanding of API architectures and data transformation protocols
- Expert-level experience with Salesforce architecture and data structures, particularly in Higher Education
- Working experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and debugging across relational databases
