Data Integrations Associate

Job Summary

Data Integrations Associate is a full-time role focused on technical integrations, client success, and sales support, responsible for onboarding clients and managing integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert during the sales cycle, showcasing integration capabilities and addressing client inquiries
• Lead onboarding for new clients, configuring integrations and ensuring successful implementation across various platforms
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 integration projects, serving as the primary contact throughout the integration lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Sales Engineer or Implementation Specialist
• Experience with or knowledge of CRM and data platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Snowflake is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Comfort with technical tools and concepts, including APIs and integrations
• Bonus: Experience in a B2B SaaS or data-focused environment
