Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager/Senior Manager of Data Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Data Integration professionals responsible for onboarding districts with a focus on Rostering and Single Sign On
• Respond to customer requests for support and manage logistics such as scheduling and project management
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful data integration and provide technical support

Required Qualifications:

• Open to travel to company meetings as needed
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a Technical Support Team and 5+ years of experience managing customer technical relationships in a client-facing role
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a data integrations role in an Edtech environment
• Strong knowledge of data integration methods, including Clever, Classlink, and OneRoster integrations
• Experience supporting Software as a Service, web browsers, networking principles, and hardware device support
• Familiarity with case tracking and customer relationship management software
