Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Integrity Advocate I.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to contracted network providers to maintain the integrity of demographic records
• Navigate various campaign types and manage multiple providers while processing data points accurately
• Document interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining data integrity

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• At least 2 years of call center experience, with 6 months in healthcare or a related field
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry processes is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to manage escalated situations professionally
