Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Integrity Advocate I.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to contracted network providers to maintain the integrity of their demographic records
- Navigate various campaign types and manage multiple providers while processing data points accurately
- Document interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while fostering collaboration across departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- At least 2 years of call center experience, with 6 months in healthcare or related field preferred
- Knowledge of medical and claim terminology, along with understanding of the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in using software and hardware relevant to job functions, including Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated reliability and capacity to manage escalated situations professionally
