Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Integrity Advocate I.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to contracted network providers to maintain the integrity of demographic records
- Manage multiple providers and locations in a single call while processing numerous data points accurately
- Document interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while adapting to various campaign types
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center, with 6 months in healthcare or a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical and claim terminology preferred
- Possession of required licensures or certifications as applicable
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and outbound dialers
