Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Integrity Advocate I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls to contracted network providers to maintain the integrity of demographic records
  • Manage multiple providers and locations in a single call while processing numerous data points accurately
  • Document interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while adapting to various campaign types
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center, with 6 months in healthcare or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical and claim terminology preferred
  • Possession of required licensures or certifications as applicable
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and outbound dialers
