Data Integrity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Data Integrity Team in a full-time remote capacity, the Data Integrity Manager will ensure compliance with data integrity standards, develop procedures and workflows, and monitor staff performance to maintain high-quality service and data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Data Integrity Team, developing and implementing relevant policies and procedures
• Manage enterprise-wide projects related to data integrity and coordinate effective workflows in compliance with regulations
• Conduct quality assurance audits and performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback to team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
• Master's Degree preferred
• Experience in data integrity principles, governance frameworks, and strategic data decision-making preferred
• Five years of related experience preferred
• One year of leadership experience required
