Job Summary
Managing data integrity and client relationships, the full-time Data Integrity Manager will oversee data flow and quality, analyze transportation data, and deliver insights using BI tools in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and ensure proper data transformation from receipt through ETL to the BI platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data flow and quality issues while enhancing software tools and reporting solutions
- Analyze large transportation data sets to identify insights and deliver business reviews highlighting trends and savings opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience managing customer accounts or relationships, preferably in B2B software
- Proficiency with large data sets and tools such as Excel, Access, or SQL; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to understand customer challenges and deliver effective solutions
- Growth mindset with adaptability in fast-changing environments
