Data Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Integrity Specialist to join their team remotely on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze chart correction cases and facilitate necessary corrections for accurate medical record documentation
• Identify and merge potential duplicate medical record numbers and verify provider information in EMR work queues
• Manage issues related to data integrity, including failed fax sends and pended transcribed reports

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience
• HIM experience preferred
• Understanding of chart correction processes within EPIC
• Ability to work in a matrix-managed environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
