Data Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Integrity Specialist to ensure accurate processing and tracking of contributed revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and enter donation information into Salesforce, ensuring database integrity
• Assist in the acknowledgment process by drafting letters and managing supporting documentation
• Perform additional Salesforce tasks, including data quality checks and generating reports

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience with data management systems or CRM data entry
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Intermediate to expert understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience in non-profit organizations is preferred
• Critical thinking skills for effective record maintenance
