Data Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

To maintain the accuracy and completeness of health information, the full-time remote Data Integrity Specialist will review and validate medical records, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and validates medical records and related documentation per established guidelines
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies, correcting inaccurate or incomplete records
• Prepares reports and collaborates with teams to assist with problem identification and resolution

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree with training in Medical Terminology and Human Anatomy
• Preferred certification as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) by AHIMA
• Preferred background in medical experience
