Job Summary

A healthcare company is hiring a Data Integrity Specialist in the Health Information Management industry.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain the integrity of the content of the Epic electronic health record
Analyze chart correction scenarios and perform subsequent hands-on technical chart corrections
Coordinate parties and interdisciplinary teams involved in each case to ensure all necessary corrections are made in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma required, advanced degree preferred
2 or more years of acute hospital patient record integrity positions required
Successful completion of basic Medical terminology course required
Knowledge of healthcare information systems, and Revenue Cycle applications, preferably Epic
RHIT credential (or eligible) preferred
