Data Intelligence Engineer
Job Summary
To support the capture and integration of computational drug discovery data, the remote contract Data Intelligence Engineer will design and implement data pipelines, create database structures, and facilitate model deployment while collaborating with scientific teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and create database tables to support model inventory and metrics storage
- Build data ingestion workflows for integrating results from various sources, including machine learning models
- Facilitate model containerization and deployment on a self-service platform for automatic API deployment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong experience in data engineering or computational chemistry environments
- Proficiency with relational database design and schema development
- Experience with scripting and automation, preferably in Python
- Familiarity with containerization workflows such as Docker
