Data Intelligence Engineer
Job Summary
To support a Computational Drug Discovery team, the remote Data Intelligence Engineer will design and implement data structures, databases, and automated pipelines to enhance scientific decision-making through improved data capture and integration over a 4-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create relational database tables and schemas to support model inventories and scientific results
- Develop and maintain data ingestion and integration pipelines for computational and machine-learning generated data
- Capture and organize results from custom machine-learning models and support the containerization of models using Docker
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in data engineering or a related technical field
- Strong hands-on programming experience with Python and proficiency in SQL
- Experience designing relational databases and developing ETL/data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Docker or similar containerization technologies
- Familiarity with AWS EC2 or comparable cloud computing environments
