Data Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

To drive analytics initiatives and business value creation, the full-time remote Data Intelligence Lead will partner with business leaders to translate complex problems into actionable data solutions, develop analytics tools, and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate business problems into data solutions
• Lead the development and delivery of analytics solutions, including dashboards and decision-support tools
• Drive adoption of analytics across business functions and develop training and engagement plans

Required qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles
• Proven ability to translate business problems into measurable analytics solutions
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with Python and/or PySpark
• Experience with Power BI and familiarity with Azure and Databricks environments
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities
