Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Journalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creation of two major, long-form data reports per quarter with strong analysis and narrative
• Explore large datasets to uncover trends and insights, and clean unstructured data using SQL and Excel
• Write insight-driven content for a senior real estate audience and host webinars to present findings

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in real estate development, economics, or related fields
• Strong long-form writing ability and proven editorial judgment
• Experience with data cleaning and validation of complex datasets
• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Self-starter mindset with intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills
