Key Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert in labeling workflows and guidelines
• Maintain relationships with vendor partners and contribute to quality meetings
• Perform quality audits, provide labeling metrics, and recommend optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Excel, SQL query, and analyzing large data sets
• Experience in roles such as Labeling Analyst, Trust and Safety Analyst, or Quality Assurance Analyst
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Comfortable learning new software platforms independently
