Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data/Analytics/Reporting Lead for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the data analytics team, promoting a high-performance culture and fostering skill development
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies with a focus on utilizing the data lake for comprehensive analytics projects
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for operational leaders, highlighting insights and recommendations based on complex data sets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, including significant experience in forecasting and resource scheduling
• 2+ years proven management experience with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
• Expertise in analytics and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Google Sheets
• Proficiency in presenting complex data in clear ways to stakeholders at all levels
