Data Lead

Job Summary

Owning a foundational data domain, the full-time remote Central Data Lead will manage the lifecycle of data processing, build systems to enhance data quality, and design reusable methodologies that scale across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of your data domain, ensuring raw partner data is effectively processed and validated
• Build systems that improve data quality through validation frameworks and proactive monitoring
• Design reusable methodologies that enhance consistency and reduce duplication across business units

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in financial services, management consulting, or high-growth technology
• Expert fluency in SQL and experience with Python or PySpark for building analysis workflows
• Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to reason about bias and representativeness in data analysis
• Experience working with messy, inconsistent datasets and evolving schemas
