Data Lead Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

Data Lead Subject Matter Expert, responsible for providing expertise on CMS data domains and systems relationships, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for CMS data domains and support data mapping and business rule validation
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation and use of CMS data for analytics and reporting
• Participate in governance reviews and assist with data quality assessments and metadata management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Public Health, Business, or related field
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for Public Trust Clearance
• 5+ years of experience with CMS programs and healthcare data environments
• Deep understanding of healthcare data structures and federal healthcare systems
• Experience with analytics platforms and data governance principles
