Data Lead with AI Agents

Job Summary

Owning the data science and analysis functions, the full-time remote Data Lead with AI Agents will manage AI agents to enhance lending risk and fraud detection, design workflows for production analysis, and ensure data quality and governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate agents across the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and pipeline health to modeling and reporting
• Build and refine evaluation harnesses to maintain accuracy and auditability of agent output
• Monitor performance metrics such as SoLo Score, default trends, and fraud signals, intervening when necessary

Required qualifications

• Deep fluency in the modern data stack, including SQL, Python, warehousing, orchestration, and BI tooling
• Hands-on experience directing AI agents or LLM-based workflows in production
• Strong grounding in risk and fraud analytics, preferably in fintech, lending, or payments
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and full ownership
