Data Lifecycle Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Purview Data Lifecycle & Records Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning workshops to define POC scope, objectives, datasets, and success criteria
• Configure and validate retention policies, disposition review workflows, and test existing sensitivity labels/DLP
• Produce concise as-built documentation, test evidence, and recommendations for broader rollout

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, including Microsoft Purview
• Proven experience in designing and implementing retention labels/policies and disposition review workflows
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams
• Experience with Microsoft Information Protection sensitivity labels and DLP policies
• Familiarity with M365 admin/compliance roles and least-privilege permission models
