Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Literacy Instructional Specialist II to support the launch of Power BI by designing and developing learning content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable learning experiences for various technical proficiency levels
• Collaborate with the data literacy program team and subject matter experts to align learning content with program strategy
• Translate complex Power BI concepts into clear and engaging instructional materials

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in training, instructional design, or curriculum development
• At least four years of experience in data and analytics or a related field
• At least one year of experience with visual and instructional design tools
• Bachelor's degree in a computational, mathematical, or science-related field
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences in training sessions
