Job Summary
To support the DLP Operations team, a junior to mid-level Data Loss Prevention Analyst will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on triaging DLP alerts, investigating potential data loss incidents, and collaborating with business units to enhance data protection processes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze DLP alerts, validating true positives and escalating as necessary
- Support incident response activities for confirmed data loss events and identify trends contributing to risk
- Partner with business units to map workflows and recommend improvements to reduce data loss risk
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or a related analytical role
- Experience analyzing alerts and incidents or managing case-based workflows
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
