Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried DLP (Data Loss Prevention) Engineer II will implement, administer, and maintain DLP solutions across various platforms, ensuring effective data protection and compliance operations while supporting enterprise clients and collaborating with security teams.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain DLP solutions across endpoints, networks, and cloud platforms
- Support a portfolio of enterprise clients by maintaining DLP security capabilities and providing operational support
- Configure and troubleshoot multi-vendor DLP and CASB platforms, optimizing policies and rules for improved detection accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering focusing on enterprise DLP environments
- Hands-on experience with DLP platforms such as Microsoft Defender/Purview, Trellix, and Zscaler
- Proficiency in common operating systems, including Windows and MacOS, in enterprise environments
- Understanding of data protection principles, encryption, and DLP concepts
