Data Management Analyst

Job Summary

Managing detailed configuration updates to provider data, the full-time remote Data Management Analyst II will oversee file mapping, query changes, and plan updates while ensuring data quality and documentation for client solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert in onboarding processes for new and existing clients
• Manage dashboards for assigned data sources and ensure timely data cleaning and documentation updates
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to enhance client implementations

Required qualifications:

• Intermediate experience in Microsoft SQL Server for database management and query development
• 3+ years of client-facing or support experience
• Experience with software implementation for client integration and system updates
• Proficiency in managing production support tickets and data extract processes
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
