Data Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting high-quality HR operations in a remote capacity, the full-time Analyst, Data & Application Management will manage complex HR data transactions, maintain data integrity, and deliver insightful reporting to enhance service delivery across global HR platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex HR data transactions and system activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain HR data integrity through audits, controls, and proactive discrepancy resolution
• Deliver timely reporting and data insights to support operational and business decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience supporting business or HR systems, preferably including Workday
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience with data management, reporting, and system administration
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
