Data Management Analyst
Job Summary
To ensure the successful management of DenialsAI account cases, the full-time Data Management Analyst will perform daily data monitoring and reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and build reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily monitoring and reconciliation of activated DenialsAI accounts to verify case creation completeness and accuracy
- Investigate root causes of data discrepancies and communicate identified gaps to relevant stakeholders
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking account health and operational activity metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare technology or revenue cycle management
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries across multiple data sources
- Experience building reports and dashboards for operational monitoring (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes
