Job Summary
Working remotely in a contract role, the Data Management Analyst will verify and maintain the accuracy of ownership and franchise data within Salesforce, process property onboarding cases, and support owner account reviews for a global hospitality leader.
Key responsibilities
- Process property onboarding cases by reviewing franchise handoff applications and legal documentation
- Research and verify corporate and franchise ownership structures to ensure data accuracy
- Support Primary Owner Account reviews and update records for legal amendments to franchise agreements
Required qualifications
- Strong research instincts with a curiosity for organizational structures
- High attention to detail and discipline for maintaining accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Comfort with learning and navigating a customized CRM environment; prior Salesforce experience is a plus
- Working proficiency in Excel
- Ability to manage a high volume of casework with competing priorities
