Data Management Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Data Management Analyst will verify and maintain the accuracy of ownership and franchise data within a customized Salesforce environment, processing property onboarding cases and supporting owner account reviews.
Key responsibilities:
- Process property onboarding cases by reviewing franchise handoff applications and legal documentation
- Research and verify corporate and franchise ownership structures to ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Support Primary Owner Account reviews and update records for legal amendments to franchise agreements
Required qualifications:
- Strong research instincts with a curiosity for untangling complex ownership structures
- High attention to detail and discipline for maintaining accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Working proficiency in Excel
- Comfort learning and navigating a customized CRM environment; prior Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to manage a high volume of casework with competing priorities
