Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sponsored University Associate - Data Management & Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data processes for the Open Enrollment period, including processing waiver approvals and updating student accounts
• Respond to and track an estimated 8000+ student waivers to initiate the Open Enrollment workflow
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and assist on other data management projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• A BA in business or technology preferred, or 5 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Excel
