Data Management Executive

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and operational management of enterprise data platforms, the full-time remote Data Management Executive will define and execute data platform strategies, establish architecture standards, and oversee modernization efforts while collaborating with various departments to ensure scalability and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise data platform strategy and multi-year technology roadmap
• Establish architecture standards and lead modernization efforts across data platforms and integration technologies
• Oversee the design and optimization of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data products while ensuring platform reliability and performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Twelve years of progressive experience in data management, data architecture, or platform engineering required
• Five years of leadership experience managing large-scale technology organizations required
• Experience leading cloud-based data modernization initiatives required
• Familiarity with healthcare payer industry strongly preferred
