Data Management Governance Lead

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of data governance for the ClaimsCore modernization project, the contract Data Management Governance Lead will work remotely to establish governance standards, oversee cross-functional coordination, and ensure compliance with CMS data requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the governance framework for the ClaimsCore Program, establishing processes and decision-making structures
• Coordinate Executive Governance Board meetings, preparing materials and tracking follow-up actions
• Manage cross MAC issue resolution processes and align stakeholder organizations

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience with a BS/BA or 3 years with an MS/MA in a relevant field
• Demonstrated experience in leading data governance initiatives within large Federal or healthcare programs
• Strong understanding of CMS data environments and collaboration requirements
• Experience facilitating governance boards and cross-organizational working groups
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
