Data Management Lead
Job Summary
To support data integrity and provider directory updates, the full-time Data Management Lead will manage data entry and verification tasks in Salesforce and Facets, conduct phone verifications, and assist with audits while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform analysis and complete provider directory updates in Salesforce, including demographic changes and terminations
- Conduct phone verification calls to providers to obtain required data elements and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Assist with audits of network provider entries and maintain updates to job aides based on recommendations from the Contract Administrator
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years of data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to perform alpha numeric entry at a speed of 10,000 KPH
- Analytical skills to prepare departmental reports and resolve data discrepancies
