Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in Data Operations, IT Operations, or a related role
• 3+ years of team management or project leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL, and database systems
• Experience with modern data platforms and tools, such as Hadoop or Spark
