Data Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the NCA Data Manager will manage data feeds and processes for newly contracted clients, ensuring the production of standardized financial, quality, and productivity reporting across the revenue cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and QA data feeds for revenue cycle data, and deliver time-sensitive ad-hoc report requests
• Summarize findings from data analysis in reports for decision support to Operations and leadership
• Develop and implement validation standards for data transfer and report creation while advising on process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in an analytics role with complex datasets
• Expertise in Health Information Systems, with a preference for Epic
• Proficiency in SQL across various platforms, including Snowflake and Microsoft SQL
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
